These terms govern your use of cognae.org. By creating an account you agree to them. Plain English. No theatre.

1. What COGNÂE is

COGNÂE is a practical framework for realignment. It provides tools, protocols, library content, and a practice platform.

COGNÂE is not therapy, medical advice, crisis support, or a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, please contact appropriate services in your country.

2. Your account

• —You must be 16 or older to create an account
• —You are responsible for keeping your login secure
• —One account per person
• —You may delete your account at any time from your account settings

3. Free and paid access

Free tier: Access to core tools — Pattern Runner, basic journal, breath protocol, and selected library content.

Practice Member: Full library, all protocol card decks, complete practice history, digital guides, and any additional features as released. Billed at £8/month or £72/year.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• —Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• —Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time from account settings.
• —Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds.
• —If a payment fails we will notify you. Access continues for a short grace period.

5. Digital guides and downloads

• —Digital guides are licensed for your personal use only
• —You may not redistribute, resell, or share them
• —Downloads are available from your account after purchase

6. Merch and physical orders

• —Orders are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print on demand provider
• —Delivery times vary by location
• —Defective or damaged items: contact ops@veilhex.com within 14 days of receipt
• —As merch is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective

7. Your content

Your journal entries and practice data belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time. We do not claim any rights over what you write.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use COGNÂE to harass, impersonate, or harm others; attempt to breach our security or access others' data; or scrape, copy, or reproduce our content for commercial use without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The COGNÂE name, logo (the tuning fork mark), site content, library articles, protocol card designs, and digital guides are owned by VeilHex Ltd.

"Follow the Pattern" and "Self is Growth" are brand phrases of VeilHex Ltd.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeilHex Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of COGNÂE. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
